We are looking for a Branch Manager who is passionate about leadership, customer service, and driving growth.
In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the branch, build a strong lending portfolio, and ensure exceptional service standards.
This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with banking experience or those from a retail management background with a solid understanding of financial principles.

Tasks and responsibilities
Lead and mentor your team to deliver exceptional customer service and meet branch goals.
Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficient and compliant service delivery.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, local businesses, and community leaders, identifying lending opportunities that align with their needs.
Develop and implement strategies to grow the branch's customer base, increase lending volume, and promote bank products.
Ensure the branch maintains compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Skills and experience
Proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing team.
Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
Strong financial acumen and a keen interest in lending and business development.
Ability to build strong community relationships and promote the bank's mission.
Personal lending experience preferential but not essential.
