Skills & Capabilities
Proven track record of execution: You have 4+ years of engineering experience, including building world-class product experiences alongside a team of engineers.
You are proficient in different stages of product development and can design, develop, and deploy successful solutions to our demanding customers.
Shipping quality user interfaces: You partner closely with product and design to craft beautiful user experiences for large audiences, leveraging web technologies.
Building the team: You enjoy collaborating with both fellow engineers and cross-functional partners.

What you'll do
Design & enhance the Lyrebird application with new capabilities - including the use of LLMs in production and various other machine learning capabilities.
Have high ownership over significant parts of the application.
Rapidly learn new skills and technologies required to create products for our users.
Solve problems and make decisions.
Support our systems in production.
Build monitoring and observability for production systems.
Continuously improve our internal processes.
Conduct engineering interviews for new team members.
