The Role The Homelessness Support Service Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the delivery of culturally appropriate homelessness services across the Inverell, Tenterfield, Glen Innes/Severn, Armidale, and surrounding districts.
The Coordinator will provide leadership and guidance to a team of caseworkers, ensuring that services are delivered consistently and in accordance with government guidelines and the organization's standards.
This role involves working directly with clients to assess their needs and develop case management plans.
