About the Role: Rare permanent part time opportunity for a dedicated Homelessness Case Manager to work 21.7 hours per week and enjoy a true work/life balance. Specialist Homelessness Services (SHS) operates within the National Homelessness Stream of The Salvation Army (TSA) and is situated across multiple sites with the Wimmera South West Region . The primary purpose of this role is to advance the issue of homelessness, provide assessment, information and referral, support, case management and counselling for clients who are socially isolated, homeless or at risk of homelessness.
