The assessment system aims to simplify and improve access to aged care services. The assessment framework is designed to streamline the assessment process and enhance the overall experience.The purpose of the Home Support Assessor role is to provide non-clinical home-based face to face assessments of clients referred via the My Aged Care Gateway using the Integrated Assessment Tool.
