About the Role Role type:           12-month fixed term contract, full time Role location:   Role will work across two branches (50% split between branches):   ANZ Subiaco & Claremont Branches: Shop 6, 464 Hay Street, Subiaco WA 6008 & 32 St Quentins Avenue, Claremont WA 6010 What will your day look like?
As a Home & Investment Lending Associate , your role is to work with the Home & Investment Lending Manager to support customers in saving for, buying and owning their own home or investment property.
You will coach customers through each step of the journey, ensure their experience with ANZ is seamless and maintain relationships with existing customers.
You will be passionate about delivering on our Customer Promises to ensure customers are strong advocates for ANZ.
You will be responsible for identifying appropriate products and solutions to meet your customer's needs and ensuring lending administrative activities are completed accurately and on time.
You will also be involved in other branch activities to provide our customers with a seamless branch experience by meeting each customer's end-to-end banking needs across transaction activities, needs-based conversations and educating on digital solutions.
You will be part of a collaborative team and will act as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience.
Importantly, you will be responsible for adhering to ANZ's policies, processes and standards.

To be successful in this role, you should bring in the following:   Role model strong customer focus, preferably with home lending and retail banking experience    Financially savvy   Ability to multi-task, highly adaptable to change and ambiguity   Proactive, shows initiative   Strong analytical skills and the ability to resolve problems   Active user and promoter of technology   Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to build relationships with customers   High level of attention to detail is essential   Enjoy working in a collaborative team environment  You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
