NVC Group is seeking a Home and Community Care Coordinator responsible for overseeing the Home and Community Programs including Home Care Packages (HCP), Commonwealth Home Support Services (CHSP), flexible care packages, private home support, and brokerage services in our Kempsey community.As a Not for Profit (NFP), NVC Group enables part of your salary to be packaged into pre-tax dollars to pay for personal expenses.
