Our Claims Specialists are responsible for having telephone and online based conversations with our members when they need us most.
We offer attractive working hours which is structured as follows: Week 1 – 7.30am – 3.30pm (West Perth Office based) Week 2 – 9.00am – 5.00pm (Working from home) Opportunities can be made available on a Permanent basis or on a Max Term 12 month Contract/Secondment.
On a daily basis you will be contributing by: Managing an individual caseload of claims through to finalisation Identifying potential recovery action as part of effective claims management Reviewing quotes and authorising repair costs Negotiating on settlements for claims Acting as a technical referral point for internal teams Providing empathy and understanding whilst handling complex conversations Consistently providing service that exceeds members' expectations Identifying continuous improvement initiatives What are we looking for?
