These roles will see you supporting clients in Wangaratta, Wodonga, Benalla, Yarrawonga and surrounding communities.
You will: Ensure that client's rights, cultural, spiritual and other individual needs are incorporated in all aspects of care and daily living Work within a multidisciplinary team, provide effective support to clients, recognise changes in clients' conditions and escalate observations and concerns in accordance with Uniting AgeWell processes Promote and participate in quality activities, and provide outstanding customer service maintaining friendly, supportive and professional relationships with clients, their relatives and friends Support colleagues by sharing knowledge and expertise Must have your own car (registered in your own name), valid insurance and a current Victorian driver's licence Unqualified entry jobs available About you: You are passionate about what you do and want to make a difference in the lives of our residents/clients, enhancing their self-esteem and empowering them to make choices.
