About the opportunity At Mercy Health, each moment, no matter how small, truly matters - and as a Home Care Worker, you'll create cherished moments each day.
You will support our clients to live independently at home by providing personal care, domestic assistance, assisted shopping and meal preparation.
Ongoing support provided by a dedicated service team Tuesday and Thursday 9 am to 5 pm Mobile phone Opportunity to work close to home - service locations available in the North and West inner city regions What you'll bring You're resilient, compassionate and have a whole lot of heart.

To thrive in this role, you will have: A compassionate, flexible and positive approach to effective patient care and management.
Work with several clients in providing social group support including activity planning.
The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Have your own car with a valid drivers license and be comfortable driving a 12 seater bus.
First Aid Certificate (Level 2) You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining: ? Certificate III or IV in Home and Community Care/Aged Care/Disability ? Food handling Certificate ? NDIS Workers Screening Check Ready to help us shape the future of healthcare?
