Day to day, you'll help older people live with dignity, whether that's helping them get around, go to the bathroom, take a shower, or enjoy a meal with a friendly face – in line with their personalised care plan, all while they remain in the comfort of their own homes. You will support their independence and empower them to live their lives on their own terms. You will also help them celebrate life with community-based fun and social activities, bringing them a sense of belonging in so doing. With our high standards in clinical and compassionate care, you will have the space to innovate and excel, doing work you are proud of. We currently have a high number of requests for female home carers to provide personal care for our female customers to ensure their dignity and privacy.
