Your day will include: Domestic Assistance: Assisting our Customers in cleaning their home, so they have a safe and beautiful place to liveHelping our customers with meal preparation and shoppingProviding social support and transport to lifestyle activitiesPersonal care including getting them up, showered and dressed for the day, medication management, assisting with mobility and therapy goalsProviding respite and emotional supportSocial support and transport to appointmentsProviding complex care for customers with high care needs, such as dementiaWhy KinCare? Certificate III or above in Aged Care or Individual Support, Disability or Nursing.Experience of 6 months or more in a similar role including experience with personal care, manual handling, hoist training and medications.You care about assisting our aged community so they can live independently at home for longer.You have a current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle – travel is part of the role.You don't sweat the small stuff; sometimes your customer will be having a bad day or traffic delays you.
