2XM Healthcare is seeking an experienced Home Care Manager/Facility Manager to join our client's Aged Care Facility located near Karratha. This is a brand-new role, so this experienced manager will be able to make this role their own!
As Home Care Manager of this state-of-the-art facility, you will be a part of the senior management team, responsible for ensuring that residents receive the highest level of care.
You will be responsible for: Managing and mentoring clinical staffEnsuring that residents receive the highest quality of care and serviceProviding expert advice and guidance on mattersDeveloping and implementing policies and procedures that promote best practice within the team and facilityLiaising with external stakeholders and health professionalsEnsuring compliance with all regulatory requirementsFinancial reports and budgetingWhat is on offer?
