Hollywood Earthmoving | Supervisor - Earthworks

Hollywood Earthmoving is a rapidly expanding local family business. We pride ourselves on delivering quality earthworks to our clients in a safe and timely manner.
Due to increased works, we are seeking a competent supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing approximately 20 workers and managing job sites.
The majority of our work is in the rail industry, locally as well as outside the district. This means the candidate must be willing to travel; a work vehicle will be provided with this position.
The successful applicant will hold a blue/white construction card, a current HR/HC licence, and relevant earthworks tickets, including, but not limited to excavator, loader, bobcat/skid steer, etc. It would be considered very desirable if the candidate held Rail Qualifications or at least a willingness to obtain them for the purposes of employment, along with a CAT3 Medical.
There are plenty of incentives offered for the right candidate who is passionate and proud of their work and demonstrates an ability to work autonomously, safely, and respectfully while supervising the job site.
Available to commence work before the 6th Jan 2025 would be advantageous.
