About this opportunity
Reporting to the Global VP, Publisher Solutions, and working closely with the MD of ANZ/SEA your main responsibility is to develop strong relationships with supply side partners in the region in order to promote the adoption of industry leading supply side products and ensure media owners are maximizing the use of the Hivestack platform. As the Director of Publisher Development, you will be tasked with growing the adoption of our supply side products by demonstrating value to key media owner partners.
How You'll Make an Impact:
Evangelize the Hivestack brand in-market, highlighting our supply side solutions and capabilities in the space. Build strong relationships with day-to-day media owner contacts. First point of contact for new and existing media publishers with respect to AdServer business development, features, benefits and process. Collaborate with the Hivestack demand team to facilitate a strong buyer/seller marketplace in region. Ability to upsell supply side products (ad server, header bidder, data) from prospecting to close. Own a regional programmatic and direct revenue budget. Strong relationship building ability, able to interface with varying levels within the client organization Conduct in person meetings and calls with client decision makers Attend industry events and relevant conferences Travel when necessary A 'hunter' mentality securing new and meaningful business opportunities and growing them Product expert - able to articulate key differences in tech and demonstrate benefits to our clients business Reviewing and updated expired contracts with new fees What You'll Bring to the Table:
Bachelors Degree in Advertising, Marketing or Management 5+ years of Sales experience 3+ years management experience (preferably in OOH industry but not required) Professional and personable Highly self-motivated, hard-working individual Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and effective presentation skills Strong reputation and relationships in market Ability to generate revenue, provide reporting and forecast accurately Honest with strong integrity to deliver good work for our clients What we'll bring to the table/Benefits & Perks:
