The HIS Administrative Officer is responsible to facilitate an efficient and effective looseleaf filing system to ensure a backlog in the area does not occur.
This position will be required to provide patient records to the Day Procedure Centre – DPC for planned and unplanned admissions.

Selection Criteria: 1.
Personal integrity and demonstrated commitment to the Philosophy, Mission and Values of Mary Aikenhead Ministries and St Vincent's Health Australia 2.
Previous clerical experience within in a Health Care environment.
3.Experience using CorePas or a similar patient administration system 4.Demonstrated sound interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).
5.Demonstrated ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
6.Attention to detail.
7.Ability to prioritise work and adhere to deadlines.
