Hiring Level 1 Casual Support Engineer For Rockhampton, Queensland

Job Description Job Type: On need basis (Casual)
Experience: 6 months to 2 years
Required Duties & Skills: Troubleshooting and maintenance of IT equipment and Network infrastructure.Understanding of network infrastructure, DC, DNS, DHCP, IP.Understanding of Firewall, VLANs, Emails - Office365 and on-premise Exchange server, Teamviewer and Storage.Windows OS Server and Client.Solid understanding of switching and routing.Familiar with Windows installation, upgrading and troubleshooting.Onsite and offsite Backup monitoring.Basic networking with understanding of Modem / Routers.Availability with 1 day notice on demand.Compensation: Good hourly rates based on experience: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 25 – 30 per week
