About the Role

Your key responsibilities will include: Strategic & Proactive Leadership : Develop and execute a robust strategic plan to deliver on significant growth goals for the fleet division. Customer Service : Maintain corporate customer satisfaction, engagement and relationship management. Customer Acquisition & Proactive Growth Management : Lead the sales process for significant contract opportunities. Fleet Operations : Oversee the cost-effective acquisition of mobile assets and monitor fleet performance metrics. Leadership : Lead leaders, promoting a 'servant leader' environment. Vendor Management : Strengthen relationships with existing vendors and suppliers. Budget Management : Manage the P&L for the division, ensuring effective cost control. What you will bring to the role: Fleet Expertise : A background in fleet financing is desirable. Vendor Management : Experience managing financier relationships and various vendor relationships. Proven Growth Success : Success in scaling businesses and achieving revenue targets. P&L Management Experience : Full ownership of profit and loss. A Strategic Mindset : Ability to identify opportunities and execute plans. Client-Centric Approach : Strong account management skills.
