Contracts Administration (Administration & Office Support)• Award Officer – prestigious organisation• Multiple Contract positions with the possibility of extension or permanency• Pay Rate $59.39 per hour plus superLaw Staff is hiring Award Officers with strong administrative and project management skills for temporary contracts lasting until Christmas, with potential extensions or even permanent roles.This position would suit candidates experienced in grant or project administration who are interested in working in a prestigious organisation.Your Responsibilities:Efficient research funding management services to stakeholders by effectively managing post-award workflows and resolving issues promptly.Oversee key post-award processes, including preparing, reviewing, and executing grant agreements, ensuring compliance with policies and funding provider requirements, facilitating project variations, and managing reporting.Ensure efficient service delivery to support project success.Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, analysing complex funding regulations, and resolving issues proactively.What You'll Bring:Relevant qualifications and/or work experience in administration/program/project management.
