Responsibilities and Duties:Provide a professional level of customer service in-line with company policies and proceduresMaintain and Update Reservations ManifestProcessing Rental Agreements and paymentsEnsure smart working practices are followed to contribute to ensuring and maintaining a smooth running of the daily operations of the companyCommunicating and coordinating with several locationsFleet ManagementEnd of Month ReportingLiaising and Processing Damage ClaimsPromote and portray a positive image for the CompanyProvide and maintain a safe workplace in accordance with OHS policies and proceduresData Entry and General Office Duties Skills and Attributes:Has high level of customer service skillsExcellent communication and organizational skillsComputer literateCurrent C class drivers' license as a minimumFlexible toward the working hoursExperience with MYOB This is your opportunity to make your mark on the continued success of The Des's Group!
