The award-winning developer is currently working on five projects that will deliver more than 5,000 homes over the coming decade. As a result of this significant expansion and commitment within South Australia, the opportunity for an additional Project Finance Manager has emerged within the SA office.
Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager and working closely with the South Australian State Manager, this pivotal role provides hands-on project-based management and financial accounting, reporting and compliance services to support South Australian projects. Key responsibilities include:
Preparing accurate and timely management and financial reports and analysis critical to effective business decision making and compliance. Managing cash flow, preparing forecasts and budget reporting for development projects. Applications are invited from appropriately qualified finance professionals with hands-on management and financial accounting experience ideally gained in a property development business or similar project-based environment. CA/CPA status (or currently studying towards completion) is an essential minimum requirement. The successful candidate must have:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (including Advanced MS Excel proficiency). High attention to detail. Well-developed communication skills. A flexible, constructive, and positive attitude. The ability to work independently and engage effectively as a business partner with key stakeholders across the business. Experience with Estate Master software is highly desirable but not essential.
