Milestone IT is currently working with this brilliant organization located in Perth that right now has an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Helpdesk Support Analyst to join a great team.
Working with a small team of IT specialists, you will be Providing Level 1 support to users both on and off-site.
Please note this role is located in Perth to work on rotational shifts
Key Responsibilities include: Providing IT support over the phoneProviding first level support and logging the ticketsProviding hands-on hardware and software supportInstalling, moving, adding, and changing equipment and softwareMaintenance of Client's NetworkPerforming proactive and reactive troubleshooting to identify potential problemsSkills we are looking for: Detailed knowledge of Ticketing SystemDetailed knowledge and experience of Windows 10 Operating SystemsDetailed knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office SuiteDetailed knowledge of Active DirectorySomeone with experience performing in a similar position.Friendly welcoming professional with good telephone manners.Well presented, hardworking, and enjoys working in a TeamPossess great written and verbal communication skills.Work well independently and productively within a small team environment.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a challenging and exciting opportunity.
