We are seeking a talented Help Desk Engineer Level 1/2 to join our team at Cursa. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional IT support and troubleshooting to our clients.
Responsibilities: Respond to and resolve incoming IT support requests from clients in a timely and efficient mannerDiagnose and troubleshoot a variety of software and hardware issuesProvide technical guidance and assistance to clients over the phone, via email, or in personDocument all support activities and maintain detailed records of issues and resolutionsEscalate complex issues to the appropriate team members when necessarySuggest improvements to existing IT systems and processes to enhance efficiencyStay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends Key qualities of the candidate include: Ability to work as a member of a team.Ability to work without supervision.Good oral and written communication skills.Good skills in personal work organisation.Time ManagementFast LearnerPassion for the industryPride in presentation Technical Requirements: Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS).In-depth understanding of networking protocols, configurations, and troubleshooting.Mastery of hardware components.Microsoft 365 platform administration: Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID (Security/Compliance not required but desirable) Experience with data backup and recovery solutions.High level of document management Beneficial Knowledge/Certifications: Networking experienceMicrosoft Engineering Certifications for Windows EnvironmentsMicrosoft 365 SolutionsExperience with Auto TaskExperience with IT GLUEExperience with Datto EDR/RMMExperience with Rocket CyberExperience with StorageCraft Shadow ProtectExperience with Webroot AVCorporate IT Support Experience Additional Info: You will be an enthusiastic team player with a passion for personal and professional growth.
