A rewarding career path with opportunities for advancement within a large organisationOffice based in Padstow with hybrid / flexible work from home optionsCompetitive salary and generous discounts on DuluxGroup productsAbout the role We are seeking a Help & Advice Customer Service Consultant responsible for advising and assisting customers via phone, email, and LiveChat (including various digital platforms and social networks) on our range of market leading Dulux decorative paint products.
This is an opportunity with real variety.
In this role you will be providing our customers with product and colour information, establishing customer requirements for lead generation, and support on providing advice to help bring customers' projects to life.
This is a real consumer-focused role so to succeed you'll need to have an excellent phone manner and the confidence to deal with a variety of different enquiries with ease.
You'll be joining a close-knit team, so a positive approach to teamwork is a must.
You will be comfortable with using technology and a range of different systems, embrace change and multi-tasks without difficulty.
Responsibilities Answer customer enquiries via different methods for technical, colour and service assistanceTroubleshoot and resolve customer issues using product knowledge and available resourcesEscalate complex issues to appropriate teamsDocument interactions and feedback via the CRM systemFollow up with customers for satisfaction, participate in training, and contribute to process improvementAvailability to work on a rotating roster including some weekend workSkills & Experience Previous customer service / technical support experience in a call centre environment is desirableA high level of proficiency in English, both written and spokenComputer and tech-savvyExpertise in diagnosing and resolving technical and colour-related queries through logical thinking and troubleshootingThe ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyWhy DuluxGroup?
