About the role We are delighted to announce that we are seeking a Programme Manager - Capital Projects based at our Helidon Manufacturing complex. At this highly advanced and sophisticated technology site, we manufacture electronics and components used in commercial blasting in heavy industry. The Programme Manager - Capital Projects role involves managing a team of Project Managers and Project professionals to deliver our capital projects portfolio at our Discreet Manufacturing Sites across Australia, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. What you will be doing Leading a team of Project Managers, Project Professionals, and Engineers. Ensuring safe, high-quality project delivery. Managing project timelines and budgets. Developing strong relationships with manufacturing and business stakeholders. Implementing consistent project management standards and processes. Training teams in project management principles and Orica governance. What you will bring 5+ years of experience managing capital projects. A degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field. Proven leadership skills. Strong focus on safety and project execution. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
