UGL Regional Linx are looking for a passionate & enthusiastic Heavy Vehicles Coordinator to join our team in Orange.

Job Purpose UGL Regional Linx is the manager of approximately 300 road-over-rail bridges and 1300 level crossings. This position is responsible for coordinating requests from third parties to move oversize or overmass vehicles and other special road vehicles across CRN bridges or level crossings. This role will coordinate internal stakeholders to provide specialist assessment and liaise with applicants and other major stakeholders like TfNSW Freight Branch.
Key Responsibilities Coordination of the process of issuing of permits, including documentation and updating records.Arrange for assessments of applications by specialists from the UGLRL Engineering team.Facilitate conversation between applicants and technical specialists to resolve issues.Access, utilise and maintain existing systems and databases to provide analysis and develop, maintain and produce a range of reports to support management of interface/access matters.Arrange meetings with UGLRL and TfNSW pertaining to heavy vehicle matters.Liaise with ICT on system improvements and issues.Update and maintain the OSOM Process and Management Plan.Qualifications and Experience Tertiary qualifications (Cert 3 or higher) in a relevant business or technical discipline desirable.Experience working in a small team environment performing coordination and support functions for a team, along with an understanding of the application of policies and procedures.Experience working in a transport, logistics or rail environment desirable.About Us UGL is well-known and respected for providing end-to-end engineering, construction, and maintenance services within, rail and transport, communications and technology systems, oil and gas, power, renewables and resources, water and defence markets.
