Heavy Vehicle Mechanics/ Diesel Motor Mechanics

They are in search of heavy vehicle mechanics, Key Responsibilities & Duties:  1.
Diagnose problems from electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.2.
Access on-board self-diagnostic systems in the engine control unit (ECU) and central processingunit (CPU) and interpret test procedures and results.3.
Ensure work is performed to comply with Company standards, appropriate Australian DesignRules (ADR) and Queensland Transport Authority regulation.4.
Interpret manuals and software to identify spare parts for ordering.5.
Plan and organise Preventive Maintenance System (PMS) and delegate specific tasks toconcerned section/mechanic.6.
Record use of spare parts on jobs or for stocks replenishment.7.
Ability to keep a workspace clear from clutter and replace tools as used.8.
Ensure that warranties are properly followed up, monitored, and documented.9.
Comply with all documented WH&S policies, procedures, work instructions and verbalinstructions issued.10.
Correctly use and maintain all personal protective clothing and equipment supplied.11.
Comply with Curley's Workplace Rehabilitation Policy and participate in the return to workprocess as required.12.
Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs on Company plant, equipment, and vehicles asdirected.13.
Perform routine duties in accordance with established and documented processes as required.14.

Ability to operate/ analyse Service Information Computer Systems.16.
Undertake other duties which are relevant to the position as requested.
Summary of role requirements: Flexible hours available More than 4 years of relevant work experience required for this role Working rights required for this role Expected salary: $73,150 - $78,000 per year
