We are currently looking to expand our Sydney team with an experienced Heavy Vehicle Diesel Mechanic for our workshop at the Eastern Creek depot. This is a Full-Time permanent position with overtime available to suit applicants.
Key Responsibilities: Diagnose, service and repair faults as required within allocated timeframes. Rotate across the full scope of tasks assigned to the workshop as required. To be successful in this position, you must be able to demonstrate and meet the following criteria: Experience in providing maintenance and repairs to heavy commercial fleet. Ability to maintain effective working relationships. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. High attention to detail and quality of work. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Previous experience in a similar role. Understanding of automotive workshop processes. Experience with Kenworth Trucks would be an advantage. Australian citizenship or Permanent Residency with unrestricted working rights. Undertake a pre-employment drug & alcohol screening.
