The Position: Due to the continued growth of the College, we are seeking a Learning Enhancement Coordinator to work across our Melton campus. This position oversees the Prep to Year 12 programs.
The Learning Enhancement Coordinator – gives guidance to the Learning Enhancement team in providing expertise to teaching staff, to enable them to support and extend student learning.
In concert with the campus learning and teaching team, the Learning Enhancement Coordinator is expected to support the development of inclusive pedagogy with classroom teachers.

This position will include a position of responsibility, involves a .5 FTE allocation of teaching small group instruction throughout the school, and a .5 FTE allocation for the administrative and leadership requirements of the role, and a position of responsibility allowance. The Person: Education and Experience :
The Campus Learning Enhancement Coordinator will:
Be a skilled educator within the teaching profession with a Minimum Degree in Education with specialised experience working with students with additional needs. Have a qualification in Special Education. Ideally have experience or qualifications in leadership. Have appropriate leadership qualifications and/or experience: Special Education Degree Have a demonstrated commitment to the Lordship of Christ in all areas of their life. Be able to demonstrate an understanding of and commitment to the achievement of the College's mission and educational direction. Have extensive experience in, and a deep understanding of current educational support programs, trends, practices, and policies. The ability to build the capacity of their team members and for to creating a positive, healthy, Christ Centered culture within the team. Be committed to the development and empowerment of the staff. Have a strong organisational skillset. Be able to be an effective team member. Work with a small group teaching with students with special needs Professional Attributes :
