The GPCE acts as a clinical leader and champion for the use of HealthPathways as an enabler of clinical redesign, writes and reviews pathways content, and participates in working group meetings to advocate for clinical consistency and evidence-based practice.The GPCE is responsible for ensuring pathway content is relevant, concise, and unambiguous prior to technical writing occurring, and in doing so helps to shape pathway content. In this role you will provide a sound understanding of the current interface between the primary and secondary/tertiary health care sectors, and acts as an influencing member of primary care peer groups to facilitate the processes involved in HealthPathways.
