Job Description Your new role
As an Admin Assistant, you will be at the heart of our operations, playing a vital role in ensuring our team runs smoothly and efficiently.
This position offers you the opportunity to develop your skills, support exciting projects, and be part of a dynamic team that values your contributions.

Your key responsibilities will include:
Assist with daily office tasks, manage correspondence, and facilitate scheduling for meetings and events.
Collaborate on various projects, providing administrative assistance and ensuring deadlines are met.
Accurately enter and maintain data in relevant systems, ensuring records are up-to-date and properly organised.
About You & What You'll Bring
You will have proven experience in an administrative or coordination role, be an excellent multitasker and organiser, and demonstrate the ability to handle a high volume of requests from the business while maintaining excellent standards.

Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
