Overview:
A leading private psychiatry practice, specializing in providing exceptional healthcare services to Veterans, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Liaison Manager (CLM) to join their team.

Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage client scheduling for psychiatric assessments and consultations.Serve as the first point of contact for all client inquiries via phone and email.Create, update, and maintain accurate client records and documentation.Liaise between medical staff, clients, and external stakeholders.Deliver high-quality customer service to ensure client satisfaction.Use CRM and Patient Management Software to track and report on client interactions.Handle confidential information with discretion and care.Maintain an organized, efficient administrative system.Ensure accuracy by conducting quality assurance checks on reports.Essential Skills and Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical administration, preferably in psychiatry or veteran healthcare.Experience working with the Department of Veterans Affairs is highly desirable.Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written).Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Experience with CRM and Patient Management Software is advantageous.Previous experience with medico-legal reports is a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.Key Requirements: Previous administration experience is essential, ideally in medical admin.DVA experience is desirable but not essential.Familiarity with CRM software is a must.Strong communication skills and exceptional attention to detail.A current police check is required; candidates with an up-to-date check are preferred.Company Culture & Benefits: Weekly company-provided lunch.Access to professional development opportunities.Team-building activities throughout the year.Wellness budget for personal wellness activities.Flexible / hybrid working model.Paid parental leave and career development opportunities.Team Dynamics:
The successful candidate will join a dynamic team of six Client Liaison Managers (with one on maternity leave), four Administration Assistants, and work closely with three Partnership Managers.
