What you'll achieveAs a Healthcare Application Support Specialist, you will be part of our iPM Extract Application Support team assisting our customers with the Health Department reporting required for both the State and Federal Governments, for both public and private sectors. Working with a highly skilled team with a focus on providing comprehensive support for our established iPM Extract solutions, you will be making a profound impact throughout the healthcare sector.
You will: Play a vital role in ensuring all Australian iPM Health Department Extracts meet the specific requirements for our customers.Have hands-on application support experience including SQL scripting capability, ability to decipher SQL stored procedures to support front end applications driving the Health Department extract requirements.Deliver quality ticket resolutions for incidents and problems, via remote engagements with customers providing support and maintenance services to effectively manage tickets within contracted service level timeframes and ITIL framework.Collaborate with Dedalus business units (including product, development and testing) involved with delivery of iPM Health Department Extracts.Take the next step towards your dream careerAt Dedalus, life flows through our software. Here's what you'll need to succeed:Essential RequirementsWorking knowledge of Health Department Extracts and the ability to interpret Health Department specifications/revisions and requirements.Strong MS SQL and Oracle scripting skills, ability to write your own SQL statements and query the database.Proficient in MS Office Excel (using macros).Ability to work independently and strong problem-solving skills when analysing software issues related to iPM Health Department Extracts.Desirable RequirementsMicrosoft SQL Certification / Oracle SQL Certification.SQL performance tuning and indexing.Healthcare integration technologies such as HL7.Have 3+ years of experience supporting healthcare applications/solutions (related to Health Department Extracts and or Patient Administration Systems).We are Dedalus, come join us Dedalus is committed to providing an engaging, rewarding work experience that reflects the passion our employees bring to our mission of helping clinicians and nurses deliver better care to their served communities.
