About the Role: As a national firm, we are looking to expand our presence in the Health Science sector in NSW and are looking for the right person to become the Health Sector Lead in our Sydney Studio; an ambitious and dynamic architect who will work closely with our National Sector Leader to further develop and implement strategies to grow our market presence in this space.
As a senior leader in our company, your role will be largely client facing, both managing existing client relationships as well as growing your own relationships. You may continue to play a project leader role on projects, overseeing the delivery of multiple projects of varying sizes across teams of highly engaged, passionate, and competent designers. As a leader, you will also play a mentoring role to more junior staff members, passing on your knowledge to the next generation of up-and-coming design professionals.

You will become part of our fun-loving, dedicated, and creative team of Architects and Designers, Architectural Technicians, Interior Designers and Graphic Design professionals.
General Duties: Manage and leverage existing client relationships, as well as creating new client relationshipsBuild and maintain strong relationships with consultants and other relevant industry contactsOversee projects from end-to-end: client briefings, workshops, concept design, space planning, design development, and documentation, to on-site construction management and contract administrationOversee the management of project operationsOversee the cohesive working relationships and outcomes of your project teamsContribute to the ongoing development and mentoring of other staff membersBecome a thought leader and respected design professional in the industryAbout you:

To be successful in this role you will need:
Established experience and reputation in Healthcare ArchitectureExperience and involvement in client relationship management and developmentMinimum of 10 years' experience in a design practice, preferably as a qualified or registered architectExcellent communication skills and ability to proactively communicate and manage clients, consultants and internal team members to achieve desired outcomesDemonstrated experience in developing and delivering designs from briefing to project handoverSolution focused – demonstrated proactive and collaborative approach to projects, clients and teamsProven ability to manage and oversee multiple projects at onceStrong knowledge and appreciation of the BCA and relevant and related building regulations and specificationsExperience with Revit software is preferredCollaborative leadership approach, respectful and patient in manner, and a natural team playerWhat is on Offer?
