We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HSW Trainee to join our People, Safety, and Performance team.
This full-time, temporary position (18 months) will provide you with practical experience and professional development in a supportive and engaging workplace.
Creating a safe and supportive environment for our workforce of over 700 staff members our team plays a vital role in promoting health, safety, and wellbeing across the organisation.
As an HSW Trainee, you will work closely with the Health, Safety, and Wellbeing Manager and team to support a range of activities, including: Assisting with HSW policy development, risk management, and inspections.
Supporting the delivery and evaluation of health, safety, and wellbeing programs.
Contributing to the management of workers' compensation cases.
Assisting with HSW communications and educational materials.
Promoting a positive safety culture within the organization.
Completing training modules in line with your traineeship requirements.
We are looking for someone eager to learn and develop their skills in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Organisational skills with the ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines.
