Health & Safety Superintendent

About the Role Perth based opportunity, Monday to Friday, located south of the river.
Seeking a HS Superintendent to join our client's team at a Tier 1 iron ore miner.
This is a collaborative role where you'll work with the leadership team and contract partners to standardize and quickly implement health and safety initiatives, helping leaders apply the Health and Safety Management System and deliver the strategy.
Experience Tertiary qualifications in health, safety, or a related field. Background in process safety. Respect for others and an inclusive mindset. Strong commitment to personal and team safety. Experience in construction within a Health & Safety leadership role. Drive to foster a respectful, diverse, and inclusive work environment. Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence, motivate, mentor, and coach team members while working with senior leaders and contract partners. Experience as a Health and Safety professional in an operational setting. Demonstrated success in collaborating with multiple contract partners to achieve health and safety goals. Excellent organizational and delegation abilities, experienced in managing large teams. Knowledge of new WA Workplace Health and Safety legislation and its application in a contracting environment.
