A cornerstone of success is the Health, Safety & Wellbeing (HSW) Team, responsible for workplace health and safety, injury management, wellbeing, compliance, and biosafety.
They are now seeking a dynamic Health & Safety Culture Manager to lead this vital function.

About the role

This role offers a rare opportunity to lead and inspire a highly capable team, shape safety strategies, and work alongside committed stakeholders in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities Drive a positive safety culture through strong leadership and continuous improvement.Oversee the organisation's Safety Management System (SMS) and compliance across WHS, biosafety, wellbeing, and injury management.Coach, empower, and collaborate with senior leaders and teams to ensure health and safety practices meet high standards.Lead a capable team of three direct reports, providing mentorship and professional development.Present HSW updates and strategies and reports to the Board of Directors.Manage compliance with regulations related to dangerous goods, transportation, and licensing.Support the development and implementation of psychosocial risk and wellbeing programs.About you

You will be a hands-on leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about fostering a culture of health and safety.
