Physiotherapist
Part-time Temporary with a Possibility of Permanency Details: Are you a Physiotherapist with experience in child development assessment and early intervention for infants and young children? If so, we have an exciting opportunity available within a community-based, multidisciplinary team in the Child Development Service.
As a Physiotherapist in The Child Development Service, you will collaborate within a social, supportive, multidisciplinary team environment to develop and deliver health promotion, group programs and direct service for children with developmental delay and their families.
You will have access to individual supervision by experienced physiotherapists as well as peer support and the opportunity to contribute to the development of service delivery models for early intervention for children in the ACT.
There may be opportunities to supervise physiotherapy students, access professional development, and be part of a community of practice with some flexibility in working hours.

Eligibility/Other Requirements: Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy Current registration as a Physiotherapist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) At least 3 years recent practice experience working with children and their carers and families as a physiotherapist Current Australian Drivers Licence Note: This is a temporary position available immediately for a period of up to 12 months with the possibility of extension and/or permanency. This position is part-time at (22:05) hours per week and the full-time salary noted above will be pro-rata. An order of merit will be established from this selection process and may be used to fill future identical vacancies over the next 12 months. Selection may be based on application and referee reports only.
