As a Health Care Worker, you will play a vital role in meeting the physical, emotional and social needs of our residents.
Under the supervision of the Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse you will provide resident-focused, holistic care, adhering to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities Assisting residents to meet their needs as defined by them in a variety of Care Community settings Provide resident focused and holistic care under the supervision of the Registered & Enrolled Nurses Accurate documentation of resident care and meeting of health service guidelines Ensure a clean and safe environment for residents, visitors and staff Provide resident focused service in relation to meals / food services Skills and experience Successful completion of a Certificate III in Individual Support (or relevant equivalent) Assist Clients with Medication Unit, desirable but not essential Current HLTFSE001 - Follow Basic Food Handling Practices certificate, or willingness to obtain Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain Previous experience in a similar role would be preferred, but is not essential To see a full copy of the Position Description please click below.
