Permanent Full-time position Overview
The Business Manager Medical Practices is responsible for leading and managing medical practices which deliver medical services to communities and hospitals in the Eyre and Far North Local Health Network (EFNLHN).
The role leads the planning and delivery of administrative programs and services which support EFNLHN medical practices.
The role leads and undertakes the delivery of high-level support and services for the Executive Director of Medical Services, including monitoring monthly financial reports, evaluating budget performance, and managing and reviewing medical practice records management and medical practice human resource functions.
The Business Manager Medical Practices is also responsible for leading the development, delivery, and review of complex process improvement and change management related projects, and leading and undertaking complex research and analysis processes to inform evidence-based decision making.
