Evolve Talent is partnering with a leading integrated energy business dedicated to providing reliable energy solutions to Australia.
Reporting to the HSE Systems Manager, the Health & Safety Initiatives Lead will be integral to the organisation's project team, focusing on the development and implementation of change initiatives that align with the HSE strategy. This role requires a strategic thinker capable of leading change initiatives within the complex major project structure.
Key Responsibilities
Lead change management processes for Health and Safety Programs
Develop and deliver health and safety training programs
Coach, mentor and implement critical risk management processes
Work with key stakeholders to develop timely and appropriate reporting
Skills & Requirements
Demonstrable experience in HSE change management and process improvement with a high risk industry such as construction, renewables, energy, mining or oil and gas
Proficient in critical risk management and facilitation of risk workshops
Exceptional leadership, influencing and stakeholder engagement skills
Well versed in the practical application of contemporary approaches to safety and culture development (including Safety Differently, Safety II, HOP and Learning Teams)
Formal qualifications in HSE related field
Regular travel to regional NSW required (weekly)
