You will work collaboratively with leadership teams and stakeholders to provide strategic advice, implement safety and wellbeing initiatives, and manage compliance with relevant legislation.In this role, you will:Partner with senior management to promote visible safety and wellbeing leadership and embed these as core organisational values.Monitor and report on safety and wellbeing performance, trends, and key insights to drive continuous improvement.Lead and coordinate serious incident investigations and responses in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.Develop, implement, and review health, safety, and wellbeing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legislation and standards.Act as a key safety and wellbeing advisor in leadership and planning discussions, aligning initiatives with organisational goals.Provide coaching, mentoring, and practical solutions to address safety and wellbeing challenges.Advocate for and implement strategies to enhance workplace wellbeing and promote a positive, supportive culture.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will possess:Tertiary qualifications in Work Health and SafetyStrong knowledge of health and safety legislation, standards, and best practices, including workplace wellbeing frameworks.Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency with relevant software and systems, including the Microsoft Office suite.A proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving outcomes.A genuine commitment to enhancing both safety and overall employee wellbeing.What's on OfferOn offer to the successful applicant there is the opportunity to join a progressive organisation who look after their staff and invest in their people.
