The Opportunities Rare and exciting opportunities have become available for energised HR practitioners to join us as a Senior HR Business Partner (Permanent, Full-Time) or HR Business Partner (12 months fixed term, 0.8 FTE).
Reporting to the Business Partnering and Talent Acquisition Lead and working closely with the Strategic HR Business Partners, you will be the functional specialist providing operational advisory and delivery support to employees and leaders across HR service areas in accordance with a new and exciting HR Service Delivery Model. A key component of the role will also include case management, involvement in conciliation matters and union liaison. Therefore, a strong understanding of Employment Relations and the Industrial Relations landscape is crucial for the success of this role.
In addition, some of your responsibilities will include:
First point of contact for Business Partnering team – provide support, coaching, and advice on complex matters.Respond to and resolve complex HR enquiries escalated from Tier 1 in accordance with SLA's.Review, update and create Workforce Administration related policies, processes, procedures and templates.Identify opportunities and support activity to improve, digitise and automate Talent and Succession.Actively support implementation and delivery of established and new Workforce Experience services developed by Centre of Expertise; including Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging and Engagement initiatives.Deliver established and develop new Performance Management initiatives, programs and services.Provide organisational change process advice and guidance to business leaders and Strategic Business Partners.With stakeholders located at both our Murdoch and Kwinana (operational) locations you will need to be able to travel between both locations as required. About You You are an experienced HR professional with an ability to see the 'big picture' by keeping abreast of the latest external trends and regulations, without losing sight of the important details.
In addition, you will have:
Demonstrable experience in managing complex employment relations matters and a solid understanding of the IR landscape.Extensive experience in HR Business Partnering role with demonstrated achievement delivering HR projects and initiatives to meet organisational goals.A relevant Tertiary qualification, or equivalent experience.Effective at developing productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and customers.Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Why WesCEF We are committed to building an engaged and talented workforce that is representative of the people who live in the communities where we operate.
