They are an organisation with immense purpose and passion for providing its clients with exceptional customer service.This is a unique opportunity as the Health and Safety Advisor - Psychosocial Risk and Injury Management to join a large Health and Safety team who are passionate about delivering positive safety outcomes.About the RoleYou will guide and support the business to deliver health and safety initiatives, including psychosocial risk and injury management programs. This role will engage with key stakeholders to build a positive safety culture that empowers every individual to take accountability and responsibility for health and safety.The role will identify trends, risks and proactively make decisions that safeguard the health and safety of employees and contractors, using data and insights from across the organisation. You will partner with the business to manage incident investigations and work with other Health & Safety Advisors to improve health and safety processes.Key Responsibilities:Assist the Health & Safety Manager to deliver the health and safety strategic objectives and build a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in health and safety practices.Drive effective communication strategies to ensure that safety messages are not just heard but fostered into open and honest safety conversations.Promote and implement initiatives to minimise psychosocial risks in alignment with the overall People, Safety & Governance Strategy.Oversee the Injury Management and Return to Work for employees presenting with work-related and non-work-related injuries.Coordinate, promote and implement health and safety initiatives, projects and programs in alignment with the overall Health & Safety Strategy.Ensure continued compliance with all safety regulations to maintain requirements of ISO45001 and ISO45003 certified Management System.About YouYou enjoy a hands-on role influencing, mentoring and providing specialist workplace health and safety advice to workers and leaders to drive safety.Demonstrated experience in a similar Health and Safety, Psychosocial Risk or Injury Management role with a proven track record of delivering positive outcomes.Highly developed interpersonal skills including communication (verbal and written), consultation, and stakeholder engagement.Tertiary qualifications in allied clinical health in a psychological discipline and health and safety or other related field.Strong understanding of data analytics and ability to identify trends to improve health and safety performance.Knowledge of change management principles (desirable).On OfferRemuneration commensurate with experienceFlexible Work arrangements - WFH and OfficeCareer development and trainingEmployee Assistance ProgramDiscounted Health Insurance and Gym membership
