About the Role Hastings Deering is on the hunt for a Health and Response Management Specialist to join our award-winning team in Brisbane. This is a Permanent, Monday to Friday role.
As a Health and Response Management Specialist you will:
Contribute to injury management, including first response early intervention and claims management.Develop and deliver impactful programs that promote employee health, wellbeing, and resilience, fostering a positive and supportive workplace culture.Lead all aspects of emergency service capabilities including specialist care, fire safety, and training in emergency management situations across our branches in South-East Queensland and Northern Territory.Coordinate the provision of advanced casualty first aid training, first-aider management and hazardous manual task training.Support team members experiencing health-related impacts.Maintain accurate, confidential, timely injury management records/files databases relevant to business needs.Provide advice and assistance to facilitate a safe working environment.Why Hastings Deering?
