Eyre and Far North Local Health Network, Aboriginal Health Salary: $76,561 - $80,256 p.a - ASO4 Ongoing Full Time Two positions available; one based in Port Lincoln and one based in Ceduna Join EFNLHN as a Project Officer, Aboriginal Engagement & Development in a newly developed position to lead community-driven initiatives that support and empower Aboriginal communities in Port Lincoln, Coober Pedy, and Ceduna.

Key Responsibilities include: Lead and manage consultation and community engagement projects to strengthen relationships with Aboriginal communities.
Enhance cultural competency across staff and support Aboriginal workforce recruitment and retention.
Work closely with local Aboriginal organisations to set clear targets and methods for engaging the local community in collaborative activities and initiatives.
What We're Looking For: Strong community engagement and project management skills.
Experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
Ability to drive change, liaise with key stakeholders, and deliver successful outcomes.
Knowledge of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture.
