What You Will Be Doing As State Manager, you will be managing 6 direct reports – Area Managers, with an indirect remit of 1000+ staff. Your role will involve leading with purpose, fostering great people & culture incentives, and leading digital and cultural transformation.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Working closely with the General Manager of Collections to execute strategy and operating plans Providing leadership in operational outcomes to meet the needs and expectations of patients, employees, and practitioners Identifying areas for operational improvement and collaborating with the transformation team to implement Oversight of staff engagement and development strategies Providing reporting and insight to senior management on pathology collections performance Collaborating with other leaders across the enterprise to ensure end-to-end processes meet desired performance objectives What Type of Person Will Be Successful You bring proven experience in a State Manager or senior leadership role, overseeing large-scale operations. You possess strong commercial acumen and a strategic mindset.
