headspace Administration Support Officer Anglicare Central Queensland Limited | Emerald $33 p/h +superannuation + salary sacrifice
About the role:
We are currently seeking a part-time Administration Officer to join our team at headspace Emerald.
Our Administration Officer will be the first point of contact for inquiries at headspace Emerald and will provide a broad range of administration support functions.
What will a typical day look like?
Provide day-to-day reception and administrative support.
Make appointments for young people including SMS reminders and maintaining waitlists.
Meet and greet visitors to headspace Emerald while maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting environment.
Maintain Excel spreadsheets, establish MDS surveys, and extensive use of the Electronic Medical Record system.
Transcribe letters and reports, scan files as required.
Ensure all incoming phone calls are attended to in a prompt, courteous, and youth-friendly manner.
Mandatory Requirements:
Certificate III in business/office administration (or related discipline) and experience in a similar position; or a minimum of 2 years relevant experience and willingness to achieve a Certificate III in the recommended time from enrolment.
Ability to obtain a Blue Card (working with children check positive notice or exemption).
Ability to obtain a Yellow Card (disability services positive notice or exemption notice).
