Job DescriptionAssist in welcoming and seating of guests when required.Demonstrate and maintain high levels of customer service.Supervise restaurant throughout, ensuring unnecessary delays of service.Liaise with Chef regarding any changes in the menu, daily menu, and allergens.Lead the team in the absence of the Manager.Engage with the guests and record feedback for service improvement.QualificationsHigh School Diploma / Bachelor degree in the related field.Previous work experience in Leisure or Hospitality would be an advantage.Additional certification(s) from a reputable Hospitality Management school will be an advantage.Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English.Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage.Flexibility regarding scheduling based on business demands.Guest service skills and communication skills.Positive and high energy level.
