ABOUT THE ROLE: Our studios across Brisbane are looking for an epic Strength and Conditioning Coach who understands the importance of relationship building inside of a studio.

Our coaches are an integral part of each and everything that we do and are critical to the growth of our member base – from making members feel welcome the moment they step in our studio, to motivating, inspiring and guiding them through our workouts, to playing an active role in recruiting new members and retaining our existing ones.
Our coaches are knowledgeable in guiding our members in the use of our state-of-the-art heart rate technology whilst using their knowledge, skills, and abilities to always teach safe and effective exercise… and use their great personalities to make our studios the best training experience anywhere!

ABOUT YOU: You'll have the following experience and qualities:
Previous experience in personal training, preferably group training (ideally minimum 2 years experience) Cert 3 and 4 in Fitness Team sport oriented background Willingness to learn and up-skill Ability to build an awesome member community Highly motivated and have a passion to succeed Exceptional customer service and sales skills Work well as part of a team Flexibility and willingness to step outside the bounds of the role Passion for the health and fitness industry and want to change people's lives Creativity, drive and initiative High level of integrity
